Already?
We just found out today that our offer got accepted on the house. That's totally crazy! Aren't these things supposed to take loads of time? Aren't you supposed to counter-offer back and forth for awhile? Aren't they supposed to make you wait until just right before the deadline to let you know? Just when I think I'm prepared for something it doesn't ever go like I've planned. No, I'm not complaining, I'm just in shock. I guess we'll just see what happens next and hope the house passes inspections and stuff. Boy...we just bought a house (sort of). Crazy.

Congrats! When my offers (on anything) get accepted quickly, it always makes me wonder if I could have gotten it cheaper. But you know what, if you're happy with the price, and they're happy with the price, it's a good deal. Have fun being homeowners!
I'm excited for you guys (even though I wanted you closer). Don't be too worried about it--it will work out great (even if it doesn't pass inspections, cause then it means it wasn't meant to be).

Hurray!! It's always the waiting and countering that is frustrating to me. I'm glad that things are going so smoothly right now. Hopefully everything else goes as well. I was surprised when we finally found our house how well everything fell in to place. Like Andrea said, some things are just meant to be. Good Luck!
