Day 2...still going strong

I went to aerobics today. I probably shouldn't have...technically I know I am not supposed to, but I really wanted to get out of my house. I was really just going to go walking, but the place where people go walking was closed today (I'm assuming for veteran's day). So, I went to aerobics instead. Yes, I hurt a little, but it was fun and I'm glad I went.
I tried to save some money and take my own pictures of my kids instead of taking them to Sears or JC Penny or something. It didn't really work. Here are some pictures that sort of turned out cute, but definitely not a professional quality. Ahh well, what can you do? Cole was unhappy during his photo shoot, and the kids kept wanting to get in the pictures too...so then I got them ready for their photo shoot, but they were finished by that time, or just giving me those really cheesy smiles (or Kember wouldn't smile at all, but glare at the camera...grrrr).
Thiss shot was really hard to take with one hand. Needless to say I think I am going to spend the money for a professional.

So we finally put the camera away and got out the games. That's what we did for the rest of the night.

That is really a cute dress Kember has. And I love the picture of Caden where it looks like he's giving thumbs up.
Yeah, I tried the newborn pictures myself too. Didn't work out too well. I had a cute idea to put Braden in the back of Joey's big Tonka truck (on a blanket of course) but Braden had other ideas.
I am totally stealing the grateful turkey idea from you for our FHE next week. You are so creative with fun kid ideas.

I think they turned out great. Love that first one of Kember.

Audrey has a dog just like Kember. I think they look fine. Candid shots are more interesting to look at anyway.

So they actually let you spell out their entire names without trying to help?

I like the pictures. Much better than professional because they are more natural. Save your money.

Go you! I can't even imagine! I have a hard time when Alec's gone for 8 hours at a time.. I don't know what I'd do for 6 weeks! And I only have one wee one! Good luck! :)

We love reading your posts. We can totally hear your voice in your writing, it feels like we are talking to ya. And we think you are funny. Kember's hair is cute, we're liking the bangs! Jed say's Caden looks just like Dan.

I would say that you did a great job. My problem always is that it take an extra person to get Kate to smile. I think they're cute.
